Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains how the website darkozyongame.com (the "Website"), run by DarKozyon Game, handles information. Each of our games and apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its listing.

1. Information we collect

The Website does not ask you to create an account. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and message. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising on the Website.

2. Information saved in your browser

When you choose EN or TR, your choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so the page opens in the same language next time. To protect the contact form from spam, the times of the messages you sent in the last 24 hours are also saved in your browser. This information is never sent to us.

3. Hosting

The Website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web servers, GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address for security and to deliver the pages. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

4. Contacting us

When you send the contact form, your message is delivered to our e-mail inbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service. We use your details only to reply to your message, we do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone else. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by writing to the address below.

5. Links to other sites

The Website links to other services such as Google Play and Google Sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

6. Children

The Website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

6. Çocuklar

Site 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan bilgi toplamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. En üstteki tarih en son sürümü gösterir.
